The Advising Resource Center (ARC) in MSR 180 is the centralized location for undergraduate, undeclared and general education advising needs.
How We Can Help You
Advisors are available for currently attending or returning CSU Stanislaus undergraduates. We can help you with:
Walk In Advising
Brief (10-15 minute) advising sessions with an academic advisor.
Academic Year: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Summer: Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
See our FAQ's for more information about typical walk in questions. Also, the Lower Division.pdf and Upper Division.pdf General Education (GE) Requirement planning guides are helpful in tracking your GE progress.
If you have attended Stanislaus in the past, and you have attended other institutions since you were last here, bring copies of those transcripts if you have them (even unofficial ones).
- If you have never attended Stanislaus but have been formally admitted for an upcoming semester, you will need to attend New Student Orientation (NSO) before you may speak with one of our advisors. After attending NSO, you are welcome to meet with an advisor in ARC.
- If you have never attended Stanislaus and have not been formally admitted to the university, please contact our Outreach department.
