Message from the Director

the director

Gabriela NuñoDirector, Academic Success Center

Hi, and welcome to the ASC!

I am humbled to work alongside advisors and peer mentors that are dedicated to supporting your student success goals. I know first hand the power of education and the important role many faculty, staff, and peers made in my educational journey. From New Student Orientation to Commencement we are a resource to help you navigate university life, a guide through key academic milestones, and a place of encouragement when you need it. I invite you to take part in one of our programs or just stop by if you have a question.

Go Warriors!

New Students

  • If you have never attended Stanislaus State but have been formally admitted for an upcoming semester, you will need to attend New Student Orientation (NSO) before you may speak with one of our advisors. After attending NSO, you are welcome to meet with an advisor in the ASC.
  • If you have never attended Stanislaus State and have not been formally admitted to the university, please contact Admissions and Outreach.
