Please use official University building names. NOTE: This is not a room reservation system. Reserve space via 25Live before submitting your event to the calendar.
academic, conference, campus life, speakers, public lectures, performing arts, art exhibits, public workshops, etc.
Please state "none" if not applicable and if yes, include link or phone number where the visitor may RSVP.
Expected attendance. This information will not be posted.

A visual graphic or photo is required with every event posting. Please be sure to pre-size image to 350x350 pixel dimensions before uploading.
Files must be less than 5 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg png pdf txt rtf doc docx.

This information will display on your event page. Enter the name of a department, organization or individual.

Enter any additional notes you may have for calendar administrators. This information will not appear publicly.
